About Us

Who Are We

“Unlocking the darkness, illuminating the possibilities: Nightline, where support shines through the night.”

Welcome to the Greater Manchester Nightline! We are a student-run listening service available every night from 8pm to 8am during term time, including weekends. We offer Phone, Instant Messages and NightMail services to students.

Whether you’re dealing with academic stress, relationship problems, or simply want someone to chat with, feel free to reach out to us. We are here to listen, not lecture.

We are here for you, day or night, whenever you need someone to listen.
Reach out to us, and let us be your silent ally in your journey through student life.

We envision a community where seeking help is encouraged, and where students can freely discuss their academic, personal, and emotional experiences without fear of stigma or judgment.

Our mission is to provide a safe and confidential space for students to express themselves and be heard. We aim to promote mental well-being and empower students to navigate the challenges of student life.
