How do I use the phone service?
Our phone number can be found at the back of your student card, or it can be obtained by emailing: [email protected] with your university email address.
Please note that this email is a bot and is not part of our listening service. You can talk to us about anything, and we’ll be happy to answer any questions about the service you may have. The phone service is usually open from 8pm – 8am during term time. Please note that standard network charges apply when calling us.
How do I use the IM service?
The IM link can be found on our homepage in website during service time. Please return to our homepage for our IM services. Alternatively, press the button below to access our homepage.
Please note that if the IM button is not visible, the service is closed and will be back from 8pm to 8am every night during term time.
How do I use Nightmail?
Email our Nightmail address:
using your university email address.
Write to us about anything on your mind. We aim to respond to emails within 48 hours. This service is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Our team of specially trained volunteers run Nightmail all year round – even outside of term time.
